Consequently, taking into account the purposes of the processing described above, the provision of data is mandatory and any failure to provide it, or the provision of partial or inaccurate data, may make it impossible to carry out the collaboration with Capurso Azienda Casearia Srl and to fulfil contractual obligations.
Where the person providing the data is under 16 years of age, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility, whose identification details and a copy of whose identity documents are acquired. Furthermore, if you expressly consent, your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, which include:

The processing will be carried out using manual and/or IT and telematic tools, with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by the regulations in force.
Personal data processed for purposes A and B will not be disseminated. Personal data may be communicated to external parties solely for the fulfilment of the purposes indicated above (administrative and tax consultants, companies bound by contractual obligations to the undersigned, companies operating in the transport sector).
Personal data is retained for the entire duration of the collaboration/supply/service relationship and, in the event of withdrawal and/or any other type of termination of the relationship, for a limited period specific to each individual processing operation, in compliance with the principle of storage limitation and in order to protect the rights of the data controller in the event of any disputes relating to the provision of the service.
The data subject may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR. These rights may be exercised by sending a request by e-mail to privacy@gioiellalatticini.it.

–> A. for recruiting purposes (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b):

  1. for the preparation of job offers;

  3. for company operational management;
  4. for information and training management;

–> B. for purposes relating to the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 6, par. 1, letter f):
